I am a licensed professional counselor and certified life coach specializing in therapy and coaching for adults, teens, parents and families. I am also a TX state board supervisor offering supervision services for licensed counseling-associates.
Together, we take a comprehensive and personalized approach addressing any underlying issues, history, and diagnoses and create a customized treatment plan with goals tailored to meet your needs and lifestyle. I have a passion for supporting my client in their desire to become more emotionally healthy, independent, resilient, and secure in their relationships!

My philosophy is rooted in the belief that mental and emotional well-being are essential to overall health, and that therapy can be a powerful tool for achieving balance in your life. I also believe every person has within themselves the power to grow and change. And it is with new experiences and guidance that we have an opportunity to further explore and unlock this potential.
My Mission
The client is at the center of what I do! I work collaboratively with my clients to identify their goals and develop a customized plan. Together we create a therapeutic alliance which allows for a safe and supportive working relationship. My approaches are grounded in well-founded principles and theory but will also look different for each person I work with. I feel this personalization is an integral way to encourage greater progress and lasting change.
