I am a licensed counselor and a trained life coach with over 10 years' experience in the field of therapy. I provide professional, confidential counseling services that are tailored to fit each person's and family's unique needs. I work as a behavioral therapist and transformational coach utilizing CBT, neuroscience-informed, mindfulness, and goal-oriented approaches.

As a former educator and college and career counselor, I also offer a more in-depth perspective for helping adolescents, young adults, and their families better navigate educational and career decisions and the new tasks that come with the transition to adulthood. And I have specialized training and experience in assisting adults and parents with managing job changes, relationship issues, parenting ideas, and unique family dynamics.

I am also a trained and experienced Texas state board supervisor offering supervision services for LPC-Associates. I am always grateful for the opportunity to work with future colleagues and support counseling education and development!

Consumer Information

Other than “psychotherapy notes,” you have the right to get an electronic or paper copy of your medical record and other information that your provider has about you. You will be provided a copy of your record, or a summary of it within 30 days of receiving your written request, and your provider may charge a reasonable, cost-based fee for doing so.
