I am a licensed counselor and a trained life coach with over 10 years' experience in the field of therapy. I provide professional, confidential counseling services that are tailored to fit each person's and family's unique needs. I work as a behavioral therapist and transformational coach utilizing CBT, neuroscience-informed, mindfulness, and goal-oriented approaches. 

As a former educator and college and career counselor, I also offer a more in-depth perspective for helping adolescents, young adults, and their families better navigate educational and career decisions and the new tasks that come with the transition to adulthood. And I have specialized training and experience in assisting adults and parents with managing job changes, relationship issues, parenting ideas, and unique family dynamics. 

I am also a trained and experienced Texas state board supervisor offering supervision services for LPC-Associates. ​​​I am always grateful for the opportunity to work with future colleagues and support counseling education and development!
